My Week #20

I should really try to post these on Sunday night…

Today I did a 4 mile run and then I made a super tasty smoothie! One banana, one kiwi, some strawberries (i didn’t keep count!) and then 25g of Chia seeds, but made into a gel and added in. Yum!
