Harry Potter Studio Tours… aka, the best ‘attraction’ ever.

I visited London with my boyfriend from 20th July – 22nd July this year, with one plan in mind… Visit the Harry Potter Studio Tour! We stayed in Watford, about 10 minutes away from Watford Junction, thus we could easily get onto the Potter bus (which takes you to the studios!). Thus bus had a little talking intro as it was driving, which was pretty cool. It really got us excited aha!

I’ll put these under a read more as I have quite a few photos. Also, do not read if you don’t want to be spoiled!

Queuing up, you see this quote… Love it!

The Great Hall – this was incredible.

The potions room, and Snape!

Ravenclaw’s Diadem. Isn’t it pretty?!

Dumbledore’s office, and also Umbridge’s office below. These were fantastic. So much detail is in the rooms. You could stand in part of Dumbledore’s office (where I took the photo from), so that was cool.

The Weasley’s kitchen! Some things were moving – for example the knife cutting the carrot, and the knitting doing itself. It’s crazy to actually see this stuff in real life, rather than in the film!

The ‘Magic is Might’ statue. This was huge! The people were so detailed too, it must have taken forever to make!

Voldemort and of course the main deatheaters – Lucius, Bellatrix and Scabior.

Some of the awesome graphics details, the quibbler, newspapers and letters. The letter that’s folded, but sat up on the right is the letter Lily wrote to Sirius!

The Graveyard ‘statue/monument’ thingy.

Privet Drive!

Voldemort and Dobby.

Diagon Alley! This was probably one of my favourite parts. You could walk down the street and it was awesome. The details in the shops really was incredible. So many random little things there.

The ministry fireplaces. This is a stitch of three photos so it looks a little weird! You can really see the scale here, but these were huge. I mean, the model bodies were taller than me (though I do only stand at 5’3 ๐Ÿ˜‰ hahah)

The 1:24 scale model of Hogwarts – now this really was incredible. Photos just do not do it justice. The bottom photo is a stitch up of a few different photos as I wanted to try to show it all together. You can just about see people on the left and right of it, and just how small they are compared!
